The wine connoisseur will forever be infatuated by the amazing floor-to-ceiling wine bar that we assembled, wired for illumination, and built into its special setting. Installation of a barn door and custom mechanics adds that specialty element as the entry into the powder room. Extra touches throughout, such as the beautifully patterned foyer tiling, readies the senses upon entering the refined and earthy-modern mix throughout the rest of the home. And, during cozy times when Chicago winters hit, the two fireplaces with their completely retiled facings give a refined atmosphere while flames crackle and glow.

The crowned jewel is the staircase. With 4 flights of stairs in this spacious home, we made special jigs to install each and every single rail individually, crafted the handrails, and curated the perfect staining color match … the outcome is stunning and will last a lifetime. Our client continues to love walking up and down this showpiece each day!
