This total gut rehab and reconfiguration of two separate condos into one spectacular unit emerged beautifully. Like a rough-hewn stone just waiting to be sculpted, we coaxed out clean, strong design and solid construction in this transformation. Unique and custom master bath, full custom kitchen with waterfall countertops, large glass transoms installed above all rooms, custom opaque glass sliding windows, and expansive installation of new hickory hardwood floors throughout the entire space are just a few of the specialty traits we created.
